India University Rankings
The National Institutional Ranking Framework(NIRF) approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development(MHRD) recently revealed the rankings of top universities in India along with rankings for top management schools, engineering colleges, colleges, pharma institutes. For overall rankings, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore made it to the top of the list along with 7 IITs, Jawaharlal Nehru Institute, Delhi(JNU) and Banaras Hindu University(BHU).
For evaluation, NIRF considered more than 3300 institutes across 20 parameters such as ‘Teaching, Learning and Resources,' 'Graduation Outcomes', 'Research and Professional Practices,' 'Perception,' and 'Outreach and Inclusivity'.
Students graduated from many of these top ranked Indian universities are choosing UK as a destination for their higher studies.
