Registration for students having LLB degree from recognised UK University
1) Apply for registration to your respective State Bar Council after returning to India
2) State Bar Council will forward your application to Bar Council of India
3) Sit for an exam on six subjects, which is conducted twice by Bar Council of India
4) You are permitted to practice law in India on successfully qualifying the exam
Registration for students having LLB degree from non-recognised UK University
1) Apply directly to Bar Council of India
2) Your application will be considered on a case-to-case basis for approval
3) If your application got approval, you can practice Law in India
