Services for International Students

The University of Kent’s Centre for English and World Languages offers lessons in English and other languages for all students. These are available as standalone courses before the start of term or as modules which can count towards a final degree. Each student is assigned a personal tutor who can assist them academically or personally with any problems. There are also numerous international student societies, both general and country-specific.

International student events hosted by the Kent international team take place during Welcome Week and throughout the year, with specific Holi, Diwali and Bollywood parties also organised by the Indian Society for Indian students.
