Munster Technological University offers full-time, part-time and specialist courses in Art, Business and Humanities, Computing and Information Technology, Engineering, Media, Music, Nautical Studies, and Science. The Institute also has many top-class facilities including its award-winning Library & IT Building and its world-class laboratories.
Formerly the Cork Institute of Technology, MUT was formed in 2021 and now has six campuses located in Cork and Kerry.
MUT'ss International Student Society actively helps connect international students with others and facilitates an overall fulfilling experience. There is an active Students’ Union, and the clubs and societies are some of the best in Ireland. Sports facilities such as a sports hall, gym, and an athletics track and tennis court are available.
Accommodation for MUT students is available off campus and the University accommodation office can assist students in finding a place. Apartment complexes are located adjacent to the campus.
