The University of York has released information regarding scholarships and accommodation for its 2020 intake.
A leading UK university, York is a member of the Russell Group which is known for providing a culture of academic excellence and research-led teaching. The University was also awarded Gold in the Teaching Excellence Framework.
The University is offering a number of scholarships for both undergraduate and postgraduate students including the Academic Excellence scholarships, Charles Wallace India Trust Scholarships, Inlaks Scholarships, and certain Departmental colleges.

Applications are open and students are advised to submit scholarship applications as soon as possible. All students must have an offer from the University in order to apply for the scholarship.
Accommodation
The University of York provides on-campus accommodation to undergraduate and postgraduate students. As there is limited accommodation of 1000 rooms for postgraduate students, accommodation is allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. All other accommodations to postgraduate students will be those managed or approved by the University.
For undergraduate students, the University offers guaranteed on-campus accommodation for the whole course duration. Applications close on 31st July 2020.
