The University of Westminster have announced plans to launch a new two-year Menswear MA from September 2016, the only course of its kind in the world.
Based in Westminster’s Fashion School, which was ranked the best in the world in the 2015 Business of Fashion Global Fashion School Rankings, Menswear MA students will not be graded during the first year of study so they can explore ideas and develop their potential.
Ike Rust, who worked formerly as head of menswear at The Royal College of Art last year, has joined the University of Westminster to develop the new two-year course which will launch in September 2016. “This wouldn’t have been able to happen even when I started at the Royal [College of Art]. Menswear was still in the shadow of womenswear and now it is accepted as its own fashion discipline, which is really exciting,” says Rust.

I sincerely thank SI-UK for getting me accepted to UCL. The MSc in Urban Development and Planning is extremely competitive, but the right guidance provided by SI-UK made my dream of studying at University College London a reality. The services were exceptional from beginning to end.
