New Course Disaster Intervention at Stirling

University of Stirling is offering a new postgraduate course, MSc Disaster Intervention and Humanitarian Aid, starting from February 2021. The new course is of interest for students who want to study about disaster, humanitarian aid and work with social work practitioners and health professionals to save the people and the planet. The course will help you gain skills in disaster mitigation, recovery and reconstruction. Students will be encouraged to participate in a field-based learning involving a period of shadowing practitioners within humanitarian agencies, emergency responders and government departments responsible for deploying emergency personnel.

Postgraduate India Scholarship at University of Stirling

Indian students interested in studying a full-time taught postgraduate course at the University of Stirling can apply for the India Postgraduate Scholarship worth £4,000. This scholarship is open for multiple students from India who are self-funding applicants and take up full-time, on campus learning at Stirling University. This scholarship will be awarded in the form of tuition fee waiver for courses starting in February 2021. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other Stirling scholarship or award.
