September 2023 marked a special occasion for SI-UK, as the India team met in Bangkok for the annual SI-UK Sales Retreat and Excellence Awards. Teams from different countries came together to celebrate the outstanding contributions made by our India team members in the past year, with Bangkok serving as the perfect backdrop for bringing this event to life.
Sales are not just about hitting numbers; it requires planning, commitment, and consistent effort. The R&R event honoured our dedicated sales team's exceptional accomplishments and contributions as we recognised team members who demonstrated excellence through their work last year.
Dwayne Gallagher (SI-UK Co-Founder), Rob Grimshaw (CEO), Lakshmi Iyer (Managing Director India) and Ruchi Sabharwal (Sales Head) were in attendance and thanked everyone for their support in achieving key business goals, emphasising that the journey was far from over as there are greater milestones to achieve in the year ahead.
All at SI-UK would like to extend a big congratulations to each award winner. Your hard work, dedication, and passion are why we continue to grow and excel as a team and here is to another year of success, overcoming challenges, and achieving growth.
The Leadership Excellence award recognised those who showed unparalleled leadership skills, guided their teams with integrity, and inspired those around them to be the best version of themselves.
The Rising Star award is for the emerging heroes of SI-UK, those who, though new, have made significant contributions and shown potential beyond their years.
At SI-UK, we always prioritise our students, and this award honours those who have gone the extra mile to ensure student satisfaction.
Behind every successful team is a backbone of support. This award celebrates those who consistently provide outstanding support to ensure the smooth running of SI-UK operations.
I sincerely thank SI-UK for getting me accepted to UCL. The MSc in Urban Development and Planning is extremely competitive, but the right guidance provided by SI-UK made my dream of studying at University College London a reality. The services were exceptional from beginning to end.
