London has been ranked as the third best student city in the world following the latest QS Best Student Cities league table.
The capital of the UK was joined in the top 50 by Edinburgh in 18th position, Manchester in 23rd and Glasgow in 34th. Of those cities, all rose up the rankings for 2017, indicating that the fallout from Brexit has not dampened international and EU students attitude towards studying in the UK. QS also indicated that another factor is the falling value of the pound, making the UK more affordable.
Cities were ranked based on a survey of 18,000 recent graduates and students as well as the five metrics of: university rankings, student mix, desirability, employer activity and affordability. Montreal was crowned the best student city in the world, with a diverse top ten also featuring Seoul and Tokyo.

I sincerely thank SI-UK for getting me accepted to UCL. The MSc in Urban Development and Planning is extremely competitive, but the right guidance provided by SI-UK made my dream of studying at University College London a reality. The services were exceptional from beginning to end.
