The University of Essex was named the University of the Year at the Times Higher Education Awards 2018. The university offers world-leading academic faculties and a research-intensive environment to its students.
The university was also ranked ‘gold’ in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) 2017 for delivering outstanding educational experiences to its students.
The university offers courses in Life Science and Medicine, Business Management, Social Sciences and Management, Arts and Humanities, Engineering and Technology, and Natural Sciences for both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
