St. George’s University, founded in 1976 as an independent School of Medicine, has evolved as a world class international university located in the picturesque Caribbean island of Grenada, West Indies. At its Newcastle campus in the UK, SGU offers international students a unique opportunity to study a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in the UK by completing upto 50% of the degree in the UK. The students are required to complete one year of integrated basic sciences at the technologically advanced campus in Grenada.
