HRM: What is it & Why is it Important Now?

Join The School of Management, Swansea University to dive into an academic taster session relating to fundamental business practices and their importance in the modern business environment.

This session is relevant for those interested in the pursuit of study and a career in Business or Management related fields, and of particular interest for those pursuing a career in Human Resource Management. For aspiring leaders, managers and entrepreneurs across all industries, understanding that people are at the heart of organisations is considered a key to success. You will find out more about HRM, what it is and why it is more important now than ever.

The session will feature staff at the heart of the School of Management, passionate about their subject and eager to share their expertise with you and further information about studying at the School of Management, and the amazing location of Swansea– a city by the sea. Expect to hear content and perspectives from not only expert lecturing staff, but also current students and alumni of the School.

I had a very great experience right from the start to finish; All the staff were really great and very helpful. I recommend SI-UK for all students who are planning to study in the UK.
