The University can trace its history back as far as 1865 with the foundation of the Oxford School of Art, which over the centuries merged and grew to become today's university. It was in 1992 that the then Oxford Polytechnic became Oxford Brookes University.

Located in South England, the University is famous for Business, Medicine, Art & Design. The university offers a wide range of UG & PG courses designed to stimulate and inspire. More than 4,000 international students choose to study at Oxford Brookes every year, with the University excelling in the areas of physiotherapy, medicine and art and design. In addition, the University offers a guaranteed place on an Oxford Brookes University bachelor's degree if you pass an international foundation programme with the appropriate grades.
