Nottingham Trent University is best known for Art and Design, Fashion and the creative arts, but it also hosts one of the UK’s largest law schools. Nottingham Trent recently received one of the biggest grants to a post-1992 university in order to continue its work on cancer diagnosis and therapy. The university also does well in sports, with strong performances in the British University and College Sport leagues and a large sports centre on the Clifton campus.

Nottingham Trent University is ranked amongst the UK's greenest universities in the Green League for our environmental commitment. We have 28,000 students (HESA 2011 / 12) and have invested £350 million since 2003 across our three campuses to create an inspiring learning environment.We offer great employment prospects to students at all levels. 93% of our graduates and 91% of our postgraduates are employed or engaged in further study six months after leaving (according to DLHE undergraduate and postgraduate survey results 2011-12).
