The university offers a meet and greet service from London Heathrow Airport before the beginning of the year. Immediately before the start of term, the International Welcome week introduces students to life in the UK with talks and workshops on subjects such as bank accounts and employment, as well as numerous social events.

The university has a little over 2000 accommodation places available, with most accommodation on campus and some in the town centre. Priority is given to first year students when applying. All eight halls are self catered, and most offer en suite options. Single and shared rooms and studio apartments are also available in the town centre. The university Accommodation Services team provide students with advice and guidance on rents, deposits, contracts and related information about private sector accommodation, and also keeps lists of available properties.

Students who are interested in studying at this university should contact the SI-UK Bangalore office to reserve a 20 minute private interview with the University Representative. I had a very great experience right from the start to finish; All the staff were really great and very helpful. I recommend SI-UK for all students who are planning to study in the UK.
