English Language (ESOL) at Sheffield Hallam University

Every year, we have over 500 students of all ages from all over the world developing their English language skills with us.

We offer high quality courses - which are inspected and accredited by the British Council. We can offer you

• qualified and experienced teachers
• a friendly learning environment
• extra free English lessons (subject to availability)
• ongoing language support if you go on to a Sheffield Hallam University course
• membership of the Students' Union

We run a range of courses from 4 weeks in length upwards, many of which link together to provide preparation for university study.
