Terms and Conditions:

  • Scholarship test will be conducted for the duration of 90 minutes at the respective school premises or any of the SI-UK Offices.
  • Scholarship test will be based on the following :
    • Logical reasoning
    • General Knowledge
    • Writing Assessments (Creative Essays)
  • The students will register for the test by manually filling in the form (Blue or Black pen, only to be used) enclosing a passport size photograph, after reading, understanding and accepting the T&C mentioned in the Registration form.
  • The filled in registration form along with a photocopy of the valid passport needs to be submitted. In case the student currently doesn’t have a valid Passport, he/she should apply for a passport at the earliest and in the interim period can provide a photocopy of the School Identity card as a supporting document until the passport copy can be submitted.
  • It is mandatory for all the participating students to register themselves in UCAS and submit their UCAS ID by 15th January 2018. The fee (as fixed by the UK Government) for applying on the UCAS will be borne by the student.
  • UCAS ID must only be generated using the SI-UK buzzword: UKApplication10
  • SI-UK personnel will provide assistance for filing the UCAS.
  • For those students who have already applied on UCAS and generated a UCAS ID without using the SI-UK Buzzword, have to sign a SI-UK official authorization form.
  • Students who take up the Scholarship test, have to report their Year 12 scores along with their IELTS scores to SI-UK through email or speed post within 10 days of result declaration.
  • Students will undergo a face to face Interview with SI-UK personnel at SI-UK offices in the month of April 2018.
  • National level scholarship test results will be declared by end of August 2018. Scholarship award is non-transferable, non-cashable and limited to 2018 admission to UK Universities.
  • The awardees may be considered for a global internship during summer break in 2019 for four to eight weeks at any of the SIUK Global Offices. The cost of airfare, visa and living expenses will be borne by the awardees subject to working rights.
  • The scholarship amount will be directly dispersed towards tuition fees to the University upon successful enrollment at the UK University. This scholarship award cannot be clubbed with any other SI-UK Scholarship.
  • The test results will strictly be based on sheer merit and other aspects mentioned in the selection criteria. SI-UK reserves sole discretion in the final decision of the results. All participants will receive a certificate and free University profiling and short listing from SI-UK.
  • This scholarship campaign can be withdrawn at any point of time without any prior intimation.
