The University of Cambridge has maintained its position at the top of the Guardian University Guide Rankings for the seventh year in a row, narrowly edging out Oxbridge rival Oxford.
The top ten has seen little change for 2018, with Durham (climbing from sixth to fourth) and Bath (10th to fifth) the biggest winners at the top end of the table. St Andrews, Imperial College London, Loughborough, Warwick, Lancaster, Surrey and University College London make up the rest of the top 10. Further down the table, the University of West London rose to a fantastic 58th from 96th in 2016.
The Guardian league tables focus on the quality of teaching, student satisfaction and employability, issues that are vital to young people choosing where to study.

I sincerely thank SI-UK for getting me accepted to UCL. The MSc in Urban Development and Planning is extremely competitive, but the right guidance provided by SI-UK made my dream of studying at University College London a reality. The services were exceptional from beginning to end.
