University of Wales Trinity Saint David Visiting Bangalore
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is based in Swansea, Wales, and was formed in 2010, making it one of the youngest universities in the UK. The main campuses are based in and around Swansea’s centre as well as the towns of Lampeter and Carmarthen in South West Wales. A fourth campus is also located in London for international students studying business, management and IT degrees.
In total the University of Wales Trinity Saint David has over 25,000 students spread across its main campus and partner institutions. The Carmarthen Campus began life as a teacher training college, and has a reputation for education courses such as early childhood development, social inclusion and youth and community work. Lampeter has historically been the strongest Welsh university for research, particularly in areas of religion and the humanities, while Swansea is best known for automobile engineering courses.
