London Metropolitan University
London Metropolitan University was created on 1 August 2002 by the merger of London Guildhall University (now London City campus) and the University of North London (now London North campus). Prior to the merger both institutions had long histories of providing quality education in the City and north and east London.
The UK Higher Education Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), which reviews all UK universities, awarded London Met its highest quality rating for the academic standards of the University's taught courses. In subject reviews conducted by the QAA, London Metropolitan University courses were rated Excellent in Business and Management (24/24), Economics (23/24), Computing (22/24), Film and Performing Arts (22/24), Art & Design (23/24), Governance, Politics & International Relations (22/24), Philosophy (22/24) and English (22/240)
London Metropolitan University have started a new MBA with Professional Development, which is for 18 months which involves 3-6 months of internship as a part of the course.
