Keele University
Keele University has the UK’s largest campus and occupies a 2.5 km 2 estate with extensive woods, lakes and beautiful parkland. The central feature of the estate is the 19th century Keele Hall, registered by English Heritage as Grade II.
Keele consistently impresses in the university rankings, and is currently 44th in the highly regarded Times Higher Education Guide.
In the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise, almost half the work submitted was considered either ‘world leading’ or ‘internationally excellent’. The most successful subjects were history and music, with world-class work also found in physics, applied mathematics, business and management, law and politics.
